The AI Engineer position involves developing and maintaining Bridgit's multi-agent orchestration platform, ATLAS. The engineer will design and implement multi-agent workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance AI model performance and reliability. Day-to-day work includes writing production code, debugging deployments, and building scalable AI systems integrated with enterprise tools and databases. The engineer will also implement security and AI governance measures and work closely with the Lead AI Engineer and the AI Engineering team to deliver new features and maintain system integrity.
